Wenn ich das Handy ausschalte ist es noch da.

Ich vermute mal, das es das Sateliten - Empfangssymbol für DAB+ ist ?

Es Ändert sich auch öfters beim fahren, mal mehr mal weniger Balken

DAB ist terrestrisch, läuft über Sendemasten am Boden.
